XEN GlobalTech ensures very high-level protection of the information received from our Customers while executing their orders. We are ready to sign Non-Disclosure Agreement both in this our format and in any other format you provide. XEN GlobalTech will keep all proprietary information confidential in accordance with the terms of the Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) between the two parties.

Intellectual Property Rights for Produced Material

XEN GlobalTech realizes the importance of protecting clients' IPR in offshore projects and has a well defined IPR protection practice in place.

• All material, produced by XEN GlobalTech in the course of order fulfillment, including but not limited to software, source code, data structures, documentation, design options, etc., fully belong to a Customer.
• XEN GlobalTech is under obligation not to use the materials produced in the course of order fulfillment for execution of orders of other clients.
• After project completion all materials are transferred to a Customer, and after he/she confirms the successful receipt, all electronic copies of this data CAN be purged, if the Customer so wishes.
